Renaissance Centre & Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources to host information events Aug. 15

The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre for the Arts and the Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources (PRCR) Department are partnering to host concurrent information sessions on Wednesday, Aug. 15. The sessions will be offered from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Renaissance Centre Arts Annex, 407 S. Brooks St., and Flaherty Park Community Center, 1226 N. White St.

Each will showcase the array of classes and programs scheduled to be offered by the Renaissance Centre and the PRCR Department over the next several months. Area residents have the option of visiting the Renaissance Centre Arts Annex or the Flaherty Park Community Center to learn about the full array of Renaissance Centre and PRCR programming.

Both events will have an open-house format. Area residents are invited to drop in either location any time between 5:30 and 7 p.m. to meet Renaissance Centre and PRCR staff and class instructors who will be on hand to answer questions and provide information about various activities, including cultural arts programming for children and adults.
