How to Make a Rental Reservation
The Renaissance Centre is available for private events, celebrations, and meetings.
We invite you to complete the rental process to reserve your date today.
Make a Rental Request
Confirm that the rental date is open by checking the calendar:
Complete the online Rental Request form from the calendar or by using the following links:
Rental Request Review
Staff reviews requests each Tuesday and sends responses on Wednesdays.
- Approved requests will be sent a quote, requirements for the rental, and the Rental Agreement for you to sign.
- Rejected requests will receive alternate date(s) if available.
Rental Reservation
To reserve the date, the following items are required:
Paid Invoice (25% of the total rental fees and a refundable deposit)
$250 deposit for rentals without alcohol.
$500 deposit for rentals where alcohol will be served.
A signed Rental Agreement.
**Please note, the date remains open until all three items are received by the Renaissance Centre.**
Payment can be made in person or online:
Items Due 20 Business Days Before Scheduled Event
The following items are due 20 business days prior to your rental date:
- The remainder of the rental fees.
- Preliminary floorplan for the event.
- View our current floorplans here.
Pay your invoice in person or online:
Items Due 5 Business Days Before Scheduled Event
The following items must be sent to the Centre Coordinator 5 business days prior to your rental date:
- Copy of certificate of insurance
- Finalized Floorplan
Items Due 2 Business Days Before Scheduled Event
The following items are due to the AV Manager 2 business days prior to your rental date:
- Finalized presentation(s).
- Order of events (if applicable).
- All sound and lighting instructions.
