RenCen Rewards
The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre is partnering with downtown businesses to introduce a “RenCen Rewards” Program (RCRP).
RenCen Rewards was launched in 2026 by the Renaissance Centre in partnership with Downtown Development and Wake Forest Downtown, Inc. to support downtown businesses and offer the Renaissance Centre’s valued patrons the opportunity to receive special offers and discounts from businesses that choose to partner with us.
The initiative invites individuals who attend Renaissance Centre performances to enjoy deals and discounts at participating downtown businesses simply by showing their printed or digital ticket within seven days before or after the date of the show.
These discounts can encourage our patrons to experience all our “quaint yet cool” downtown has to offer.
How It Works
The initiative invites individuals who attend Renaissance Centre performances to enjoy discounts at participating downtown businesses simply by showing their printed or digital ticket stub or receipt within two weeks of the performance, including seven days before and seven days after the date of the show.
These discounts can encourage our patrons to experience all our “quaint yet cool” downtown has to offer.
Discounts vary among our business partners.
Why Participate?
The RCRP is a win-win collaboration that is free to join. The Renaissance Centre provides complimentary valuable advertising and exposure for your business by encouraging our community to support your establishment, while the RCRP offers exclusive "Deals and Discounts" to our growing number of Renaissance Centre patrons.
Once you enroll in the RCRP, we will add your business name and address, along with a link to your website (if applicable) to our Participating Merchants Directory, along with a description of the deal or discount you offer.
Then, when Renaissance Centre patrons visit your establishment, you simply request that they present their printed or digital ticket, then note the unique serial number!
Ways to Incentivize Renaissance Centre Patrons
Our participating merchants may consider countless ways to incentivize Renaissance Centre patrons to frequent their business. Such specials may include but are not limited to:
- Ongoing discounts - a percentage off (examples shown below):
- 10% off an appetizer or total bill, excluding alcohol
- 20% off total purchase for you and one guest
- 10% off retail purchase or service
- 15% off food and non-alcoholic beverages
- 20% off orders of $40 or more
- $2 off select bottles of wine
- $10 off any bill of $50, $15 off any bill of $100 or more
- Free dessert with purchase of two entrees
- Free fries with an order of a full priced entrée
- Free non-alcoholic beverage
- BOGO deals
- A special "surprise” with purchase
- A complimentary item
