Since 2013 the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre has established itself as the premier cultural and performing arts venue in northern Wake County – and beyond. Here’s a sneak peek at our upcoming season.
The Centre kicks off the season in September with former undercover FBI operative, keynote speaker, and NY Times best-selling author, Tamer Elnoury. Also taking the stage in September will be North Wake Theatre with their production of "The Marvelous Wonderettes."
We’ll jazz things up in October with "Some Enchanted Evening" and in February you’ll enjoy an unforgettable evening with Shana Tucker as she honors jazz legends like Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and Sarah Vaughan in "Sirens of Song."
In November we welcome everybody’s favorite siblings, "The Malpass Brothers."
In December, we celebrate the season with a Wake Forest holiday tradition, "The Celtic Angels Christmas." They'll be joined by the Angel Dancers and the Trinity Band Ensemble.
We love the families that visit the Renaissance Centre, so we’re presenting two family-friendly performances this season. "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" will take you on a magical journey to Narnia in December and you will be amazed by "The Magic of Jeki Yoo" in January.
The Wake Forest Film Festival continues to grow and offers first-rate films by many of today's most promising and accomplished local, national, and international filmmakers.
The Centre will close the 2025/2026 season with "Shadows of the 60’s: A Tribute to Motown." You will be dancing in the aisle as the cast brings the magic of the Motor City center stage.
