Prepare yourself for a night with the 2022 Carolina Beach Music Awards - Group of the Year: The Embers! They have established the foundation for what is now recognized as ‘Beach Music’ in the Carolinas, Virginias, the gulf coast region of North America and every beach in between.

Lead vocalist and front man, Craig Woolard has performed for presidents, governors, and ambassadors. He has co-hosted the acclaimed Carolina Beach Music Awards (CBMA) for the last 10 years at the Alabama Theatre in Myrtle Beach. In 2011, he was inducted into the CBMA Hall of Fame and has been awarded the Male Vocalist of the Year by the organization 19 times. Craig was honored with the CBMA’s highest award in 2020, being named Entertainer of the Year.

Although their signature song “I Love Beach Music” has become the anthem of all Beach Music lovers, The Embers featuring Craig Woolard will have you dancing to songs from the 70s, 80s, to current Pop 40, with even some Bruno Mars and Journey thrown in the mix.

Join us at 7:10 p.m. to learn a line dance from Renaissance Centre line dancing instructor Cindy Hadden. Included with ticket.

Taking the Renaissance Centre stage for the 15th time, The Malpass Brothers are becoming the darlings of the Grand Ole Opry and RFD-TV.

The brothers launched their own TV show in March 2024 on RFD-TV featuring many of the great artists in country music. They perform over 150 dates per year.

As a special bonus, we've added a second show this year!

We all know that soap operas are notorious for featuring conflict, jealousy, cheating, lying, deceit and even murder. What about behind the scenes? Does art imitate life on the set of "Oblivion"? Will one of the characters steal the show, or somebody's belongings? Will the drop dead gorgeous simply drop dead?
