Tap 1 (18+)
This class is an introduction to the noisy exuberance of tap dance with an emphasis on technique. Tap dance promotes artistic expression, physical fitness (cardiovascular health, strength, and balance), and mental acuity. It is music, dance, rhythm, fitness, and fun! No tap experience necessary.
